Waste oil distillation base oil equipment mainly uses high-temperature pyrolysis waste oil to distill black and heavy waste oil and pyrolysis oil into clean and bright base oil or diesel oil.

Process characteristics
Waste oil distillation base oil equipment with high vacuum molecular distillation technology can convert used engine oil to diesel and base oil. And its technology parameters are as following:
(a) The temperature in the first distillation is up to 140~170℃, the pressure is about 200~1500Pa.Product is gasoline and diesel.
(b) The temperature in the second distillation is up to 170~210℃, the pressure is about 30~100Pa.Product is light lube base oil .
(c) The temperature in the third distillation is up to 210~250℃, the pressure is about 1~20Pa, Product is heavy lubricant oil base oil, the residue can be used as the fuel.
In the process of distilling the waste lubricant oil, it will not go through the chemical reaction about pickling, alkaline cleaning, decolorization and precipitation, and no discharge of sodium salt or decolorant, so there is almost no pollution to the environment.
The distilled base oil can be made into new lube oil after add suitable additives, its flash point and viscosity can meet the national standard.

·What waste oil can be recycled?
Waste engine oil, plastic oil, tire oil, lubricating oil, engine oil from ships and automobile repair shops.
·What is the quality of base oil produced by the equipment?
The base oil produced by Kaiqian refined equipment can be sold directly or further mixed with additives to produce new engine oil.

·What are the common heating methods for waste oil regeneration equipment?
There are three main heating methods. Electric heating, natural gas heating and boiler heating. You can choose the heating method.
·Where can the output diesel be used?
The flash point of diesel oil output from the equipment is 60 ℃, cetane index is 54, and sulfur content is about 400-1000ppm. You can add our solvent extractor to reduce sulfur to 50-100ppm. The diesel oil output can be directly used for generators, burners, ships or heavy machinery or construction machinery.
·Equipment quality assurance?
We will provide 12-month quality assurance from the time the machine starts to operate at the buyer's site.
·Installation and training:
Provide 20-30 days of free installation and training. We will send 1-2 engineers to the buyer's factory to install, test and commission the machine, and provide training or any other technical assistance. All visa, accommodation, round-trip air tickets and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
