The working principle of vacuum oil purifier is designed according to the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, coarse filter, water tank, vacuum pump, drain oil pump and electrical control cabinet.

Vacuum pot to form a vacuum after the air by a pump, the oil under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil inlet pipe into the strainer, remove the larger particles, and then enter the heating tank, after heated to 40-75 ℃ oil through automatic oil floating valve, the valve is automatically control the amount of oil into the vacuum tank in and out of balance. After heating, the oil rotates rapidly through the spray wing to separate the oil into a semi-mist.

 The water in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. After cooling, the water vapor in the condenser is returned to liquid water and released. 

The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the exhaust pump and filtered out the particles and impurities through the filter element, so as to complete the whole process of the vacuum oil filter to quickly remove impurities, water and gas in the oil, so that the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet.

The main uses of vacuum oil purifier are as follows:

1. Used for on-site filtration and oil filling of various oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, turbine oil, oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and oil-free relay;

2. Used for oil-immersed current, voltage transformer and oil-free circuit breaker hot oil cycle drying on site;

3. Used for onsite vacuum oil filling, oil filling and equipment vacuuming for sealing oil immersion equipment;

4. Used for regeneration and purification of mildly metamorphic transformer oil, so that its performance meets qualified oil standards;
