Coalescing Stage: The coalescing oil filter utilizes a dual-stage filtration principle of "coalescing + separation" to achieve deep purification of water and impurities from diesel fuel, achieving a filtration accuracy of <1µm. The special polymer material within the filter element is highly hydrophilic, adsorbing and coalescing tiny water droplets dispersed in the diesel fuel for initial purification.

Separation Stage: Diesel fuel that has undergone initial agglomeration enters the separation filter. The filter, made of hydrophobic material, effectively blocks the passage of coalesced water droplets, allowing only pure diesel to flow freely. This ultimately achieves complete separation of water from diesel fuel while also filtering out any remaining fine impurities.
