  Solar power plants are typically located in areas with abundant sunlight. Some power plants are situated in high-temperature, windy, or humid environments. These harsh conditions place higher demands on transformer operational stability. Transformer insulating oil not only performs the crucial function of insulation and cooling, but also suppresses arcing and dissolves impurities. However, over long-term operation, insulating oil is susceptible to contaminants such as moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities, leading to oil quality degradation. Moisture reduces the oil's dielectric strength and can cause partial discharge; excessive gas content accelerates oil oxidation and aging, shortening the transformer's service life; and impurity accumulation can clog the cooling system, affecting heat dissipation efficiency. In severe cases, this can even cause transformer failure, resulting in widespread power outages and significant economic losses for the power plant.
