　　The UHV transformer oil treatment plant is designed for the purification of transformer oil and the circulation and drying of vacuum hot oil for all kinds of transformer equipment in the substation. Transformer oil regeneration machine can be dehydrated, degassed, deacetylene, deacidification value, free carbon removed, etc., and the ultimate pressure resistance value of the treated oil is higher.

　　This plant according to decompression separation, precise filtration , spiral spray atomization separation , molecular adsorption , vacuum drying principle .The treated oil can reach the national standard using the standard.

　　Ⅲ. ZJ-D Series UHV Transformer Oil Treatment Plant Working Process

　　The treated oil passes through a primary filter and enters the heater for heating ,the heated oil through the second stage filter to the spiral spray atomization system ,then the dielectric oil becomes coarse and mist and falls to the reactor and enters the vacuum separation chamber,water evaporation start . The oil mist forms a three-dimensional, multi-layer evaporation structure in the tank. After removing impurities, dehydrating, degassing, and removing acid,work with oil pump and through the precise filter ,finally oil purification circle completed .The steam and hot air separated from the vacuum separation chamber enter the condenser ,most of the steam condenses into the water storage tank, and the hot air in the oil is discharged from the vacuum pump after cooling.

　　4.1 The oil purifier can remove water ,gas and impurities of transformer oil even main transformer is up to 110-1100KV

　　4.2 The oil purifier can remove acetylene of transformer oil even main transformer is up to 110-1100KV

　　4.3 The oil purifier can dry transformer even main transformer is up to 110-1100KV

　　4.4 It can remove 100% free water and remove 99.9% dissolved water.Besides it also removes 100% free gas and 98% .

　　4.5 We can customize according to customer requirements : PLC, frequency conversion technology, four stage high vacuum technology, self excited vibration defoaming technology, trailer ,etc .

　　4.6 Advantages :

　　Adopts high Efficiency vacuum system , KAIQIAN own special vacuum separation technology , water, acetylene, acid value, mechanical impurities, free carbon and colloid removal efficient , to improve the pressure value of oil , increase the breakdown voltage , like :

　　The initial value of oil：water content：≤50mg/L、gas content：≤10 %(volume fraction)、breakdown voltage：≥25KV
