Transformer Oil Recycling Machine

    The transformer oil recycling machine adopts advanced vacuum separation technology, does not use sulfuric acid and clay, and only adds a small amount of additives, which is low in cost and easy to buy; one-click start, simple operation and low operating cost; suitable for lubricating oil and transformer oil. 

    The oil can also be bypassed or cleaned on-line as needed to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, power system and lubrication system.

Ⅰ. Transformer Oil Recycling Machine Usage

UHV Transformer oil filter is specially designed for 330kv-1000kv high voltage and above, UHV Transformer insulating oil purification. It is widely used in electrical equipment for transformer vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection. Compared with the two-stage vacuum oil filter, the UHV Transformer oil filter can increase the three-stage and above roots pump pressurization system, which can quickly dehydrate, degass and remove acetylene, making the acetylene value 0.

Ⅱ. Transformer Oil Recycling Machine Working Process

After impurity removal, dehydration, degassing and acid removal, the oil will pass through precision filter to complete a working cycle under the action of oil pump. The water vapor separated from the vacuum separation chamber enters the chiller, and most of the water vapor condenses into water and is stored in the water sump and discharged out of the machine. The purified oil returns to the prepared oil tank through the oil outlet.

This is the core technology   in vacuum oil purifier, at the bottom of the atomization chamber is equipped   with a number of nozzles which are ejected downward. The the separation tower   is connected with the elastic wire mesh and inner wall of the vacuum   separation kettle tank. this can eliminated the bubble inside the vacuum   tank, with the long time work, the electronic vacuum gauge measured value of   -5Pa-133 Pa and no more foam rising


Ⅲ. Transformer Oil Recycling Machine Advantages 

Adopts high Efficiency vacuum system , KAIQIAN own special vacuum separation technology , water, acetylene, acid value, mechanical impurities, free carbon and colloid removal efficient , to improve the pressure value of oil , increase the breakdown voltage , like :

The initial value of oil:water content:≤50mg/L、gas content:≤10 %(volume fraction)、breakdown voltage:≥25KV

After the third purification:residual moisture≤5-10ppm、residual gas:≤0.05%、acetylene content is zero、breakdown voltage ≥60KV(Spherical polar)
